Ancient relaxation technique focusing on balancing the seven main chakras along the spine known to correspond with organ systems & emotions.
While you are fully clothed, a pendulum is held over each chakra, assisting in predicting areas of energy blockage. Crystals are also used to increase subtle vibrations along the spine & castor oil is massaged into the hands & feet to help release negative energies. A divine scalp massage is also included.
This is a deeply meditative experience.

Mini Shirodhara
A steady, flowing stream of warm oils from a copper vessel gently pours over your foreheads center or "third eye". Reduces restlessness & increases inner calm. Oils are then worked into the scalp for a blissful marma point massage.
It is suggested that the oils remain on the scalp for several hours after treatment. Bringing a cap or towel to wrap around your head is recommended.
